On behalf of The Portage County Safety Council, SHRM Portage County invites you to join PCSC's December Meeting titled:
"Workplace Fatigue & Burnout"
ABOUT THE EVENT: This is part of our PCHRA 2025 Health and Safety Learning Series. We are partnering with the Portage County Safety Council to provide business owners, HR and Health & Safety professionals an understanding of the 2025 topcis related to workplace safety.
This month the focus is on burn precention in the workplace.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Xuan-Lan Griffith, MD, is a board certified Occupational Medicine Specialist at Summa Health. Dr. Griffith graduated from the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. She worked at Patient First in Northern Virginia where she managed both urgent care and worker’s compensation illnesses and injuries. She also served as the Medical Director at the Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) Occupational Medicine clinic in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania. She currently works in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and 3 other Summa Health locations specializing in Neurology, Internal Medicine and Public Health & General Preventive Medicine.
