The Portage County Chapter Human Resource Association (here after referred to as PCHRA) collects information that is personally identifiable to maintain membership. Membership information that we collect may include your name, title, place of employment, employer’s address and phone number, SHRM membership ID number, email address, as well as other contact information that is relevant to our association. By using the PCHRA website you consent to the practices of this policy.
Membership information is collected annually. Membership information may be updated through the PCHRA Membership Chair or Treasurer at any time.
We do not give our member information out to other organizations to solicit business from our members. The membership information that you provide us is used by the Board of PCHRA to correspond with you via email, regular mail, or phone to provide service to our members. Information may be relayed to other PCHRA members via a membership directory. Your information will also be submitted to SHRM as part of our membership updates. PCHRA does not sell, rent or lease information to third parties.
The chapter may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide information on individual members to the appropriate governmental authorities. In matters involving a danger to personal or public safety, the chapter may voluntarily provide information to appropriate governmental authorities.

PCHRA’s website is hosted through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM has security measures, such as firewalls, to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
