WORKFORCE READINESS
Are you an HR professional, job coach/Employment Support Professional, DEI officer, or workplace leader?
You may be interested in participating in a study being conducted by Kent State University and supported by SHRM Portage County.
Jessica Leveto, Ph.D. and Tiffany Jones, BS our Workforce Readiness chair are conducting a research survey through Kent State University, focused on how organizations understand and support LGBTQ+ autistic employees in the workplace.
This study is approved by Kent State’s Institutional Review Board.
Who should participate:
-
HR professionals, DEI officers, job coaches, vocational specialists, administrators, supervisors, and others who influence workplace culture and support.
Why this matters:
-
Your feedback will directly shape a living, data-informed toolkit designed to help organizations build truly inclusive and equitable environments for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent employees.
Participants will receive early access to the toolkit and its evolving library of actionable tools, resources, and best practices. The survey is short, confidential, and takes less than 10 minutes: https://lnkd.in/gkT7bnSB
