ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is part of our PCHRA 2025 Health and Safety Learning Series. We are partnering with the Portage County Safety Council to provide business owners, HR and Health & Safety professionals an understanding of the 2025 topcis related to workplace safety.

This month the focus is on Lockout Tagout Awareness. This session will cover:

    • What is LOTO and why is it needed?

    • 1910.147 OSHA Requirements.

    • Elements of a LOTO program.

    • How to sustain and maintain.

For this event, participants can learn and earn 1 SHRM PDC.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: AJ Bryant, Strategic Account Manager at Brady, brings over 20 years of experience in safety initiatives, product development, engineering, and quality management. Growing up in a family-owned metal stamping business and studying metallurgy, AJ gained a strong foundation in manufacturing processes. While initially set to take over the family business, his passion for consulting led him to work with various companies in the manufacturing and construction sectors. AJ leverages his expertise to help organizations navigate challenges and drive success through a deeper understanding of their operations and future goals.
