    On behalf of The Portage County Safety Council, SHRM Portage County invites you to join PCSC's December Meeting titled:

    "Life's Essential 8"

    ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is part of our PCHRA 2024 Health and Safety Learning Series. We are partnering with the Portage County Safety Council to provide business owners, HR and Health & Safety professionals an understanding of the 2024 OSHA regulations and  procedures.  This session will discuss Life's Essential 8 and cover how to:

    1. Improve nutrition

    2. Be more active

    3. Eliminate tobacco

    4. Improve sleep

    For this event, participants can learn and earn 1 SHRM PDC.

    ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Samantha Campbell has served as a Senior Development Director at the American Heart Association since May 2023. In her role, She oversees the Heart Challenge campaign, which is comprised of Heart Walk and Field Day events across Northeast Ohio. Through this campaign, Samantha helps local businesses promote employee wellness and drives CPR education in the community.
