Diane DeRubertis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HCS has been a corporate HR professional for more than 20 years. She is a full-time professor in the College of Business at Kent State University. Diane's area of expertise is in Human Resource Management and most recently she has been involved in helping organizations develop and implement customized performance management, talent acquisition and succession planning systems. Diane has taught the classes to prepare the HR professional in acquiring their certification, in association with the Center for Corporate and Professional Development at KSU.
