September 18th SHRM Portage County Advancing the Professional and HR Professional Learning Series

    Thank you for your interest in participating in this month's Learning Series.  Although this is a free online event, registration is required. 

    To register, please complete the top of the form below with your contact information and membership status. If you are interested in bringing a friend or two, please let us know by providing their information in the friend's section.  Complete the dietary section, ask a question our speaker can address, and select submit. Don't forget about the CAPTCHA. 

    Upon successful submission, another screen will open and you will receive a "thank you" notification.  Your RSVP will also be confirmed via email. You will receive a copy of the information that you have submitted to us below. 

    Another note:  When you auto-fill the form, you automatically add yourself as a "friend" - which you can delete from the friend field.

    If you are bringing a friend, please provide their name and email below. There are enough spaces for up to three (3) friends.
