    ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is part of our SHRM Portage County Legislative Affairs Learning Series. We are partnering with KWW to offer in-perons and virtual sessions to provide business owners and HR professionals an understanding of pressing employment law and legislative issues and law changes impacting business.

    About the Presentation:  Ohio employers need to understand how the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission administer and adjudicate issues within the Workers’ Compensation System. This session will discuss the procedures set in place for the adjudication of various workers’ compensation issues through the administrative process and appeals into the courts.

    Although this is a free online event, registeration is required.
